As the founder of LB Business Consulting LLC, Louise is passionate about helping small businesses gain financial clarity, improve operational efficiency, and make smarter decisions that lead to long-term growth and profitability.
Her career spans leadership roles across multiple industries, where she successfully managed multi-entity financials, introduced job costing systems, and standardized office procedures. Louise is known for her analytical mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and hands-on leadership style. She takes pride in delivering accurate, timely, and insightful financial solutions that help business owners stay informed and in control.
Louise has worked closely with clients to provide tailored, practical support in bookkeeping, payroll, financial reporting, HR systems, and strategic planning. She holds an MBA from East Carolina University and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). She is also a licensed Florida Community Association Manager and a Florida Notary Public.
